With the price of gasoline soaring above 2 euros/liter and its further increase remaining more than likely, the journeys with our vehicle will cost us even more. But is there a way to reduce gas consumption by continuing to use our car? And yet, it exists! We've put together the 10 most useful tips that can increase your driving mileage and save you money:

- With regular service we prevent the increase in consumption caused by low oil level, old air filter and misaligned wheels.

- We keep the tires in good condition and regularly check the air levels.

- We drive at a constant speed, below 100km per hour.

- We use the "cruise" option, if available, to keep the speed constant

- We drive steadily, calmly, without sudden starts, braking and downshifts.

- We avoid traveling at peak times.

- Avoid overloading the car as extra weight increases fuel consumption.
